Opportunity description
Sumerge is offering a job opportunity as an Associate Quality Engineer to join the team in Cairo, Egypt for 2021.
Responsibilities:
- Understands and follows the testing process defined within the company.
- Ensures the conformance to the processes within the project.
- Reviews and analyses the requirements and reports any ambiguities found.
- Creates requirements traceability matrix.
- Designs and executes test cases.
- Performs functional/non-functional testing.
- Prepares and conducts User Acceptance Test on customer site.
- Reports and follows up on issues and bugs to improve the quality of customer deliverables.
- Assists development with problem determination/isolation.
- Provides test status and reports.
- Reports risks/problems to leader/manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of Computer Science/ Computer Engineering.
- 0-1 years of testing experience.
- Fluency in speaking and writing English.
- ISTQB Foundation Certificate is a plus.
