Orange offers a job opportunity in Egypt as an IT Egypt site agile project lead. The agile approach facilitates and energizes the adoption of an agile mindset and agile ways of working across the full range of IT activities in OBS IT in Egypt align with the IT next-generation strategy. The key figures of the host entity are OBS IT in Egypt is 200+ employees forming most of the ITIL functions such as incident management, problem management, service level management, QoS, and user experience in addition to some development activities.

Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Progress tracking and reporting on IT NextGen activities.
- Facilitation of workshop sessions.
- Coaching of managers and supervisors to enable them to explore what agile means for them personally and their way of managing.
- Delivery of MVP actions.
- More agile customer-centric way of working in OBS IT Egypt resulting in savings (money, time, people, materials) and greater customer satisfaction.
- You will work in close collaboration with the Customer Marketing&Innovation (CMI) site leader to specify and shape action plans and take the lead on managing and maintaining the momentum on the full range of IT NextGen and other transformation or project activities across the Cairo team.
- Act as an agile coach, facilitator and educator to Egypt OBS IT leadership team and their direct reports to enable them to move from traditional ways of working to a more agile way of working.
- Work with the local management using agile methodology to ensure the customer experience is optimized across the full range of projects the company is conducting.
- Facilitate, follow up and maintain momentum on all MVP and NextGen actions.
- Co-ordinate, report on and analyze progress on all key projects.
- Manage all activities related to IT NextGen in Cairo and act as the key point of contact for global project management and workstream leaders/sponsors.
- Provide support on any other project activities as deemed necessary.
