P&G offers a job opportunity in Germany as an HR strategic business partner (M/F/D). As HR strategic business partner, you will play a strategic role in the success of the global brands and most importantly of the people. You will work with business leaders to build business and organization strategies, deploy them to the organization, and create the environment and systems that enable their delivery. You will play a key role in developing the people, strengthening partnerships with the company's works council, developing leadership capability and advancing an agile, hard-working organization to deliver increased business results and competitive advantage for the company. In fact, this role will provide you with a complete end-to-end perspective on HR in a plant setting.
Eligibility:
You must have:
- Be a top talent with a master's or bachelor's degree.
- Ideally gained deep insights into at least one specific HR or HR-related area (e.g. design thinking, change management, recruiting, employee/labor relations, compensation & benefits), via an internship or former employment in the HR industry.
- Passionate about HR and organization challenges, and enjoy solving and analyzing them to build creative solutions.
- Love to team-work in a multicultural, and diverse environment.
- Outstanding social skills to persuade, influence, and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals.
- The ability to develop on the job in a fast-paced environment.
- Work autonomously and demonstrating an outstanding capacity to lead and prioritize while being agile and flexible in your daily work.
- Be proficient in both English and German (min. C1 level // Native or bilingual).
