Job Opportunity in IT Infrastructure and Networking at Azadea Foundation in Jordan 2018

Azadea Foundation is looking for someone to be responsible for the IT Infrastructure and Networking.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide on-site and remote support to users for problems related to the network, the operator, the software, operating systems, and system hardware diagnosis.
2. Conduct research, realize Proof of Concept on new technologies, and submit a final technical report to the hierarchy regarding small to medium projects.
3. Install and configure specified software packages such as operating systems, business applications, and other office tools, and handle relevant maintenance and troubleshooting
4. Monitor the systems’ functioning and network stability and take necessary measures to prevent system failure
5. Train users on equipment, software, telephone systems and manuals and ensure that IT policies and procedures are applied and respected
6. Coordinate with suppliers in order to organize accesses in compliance with security standards
7. Specific for Multimedia: Perform periodic back-up of business data as per company policy

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Technical Degree in the same field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Knowledge in configuring switches, routers, ISDN modems, Windows Applications (Exchange Server, Active Directory, Printers and others)
5. Strong knowledge in back and recovery procedures.
