Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Space Management: monitor space, equipment, working hours, plans and expenditures. This includes:
    • With guidance from Production Manager, building a strong relationship with contract-employees for coordinating, organizing, and implementing movement classes and programs.
    • Keeping records of the financial affairs of the movement classes and programs.
    • Monitoring and reporting cash flow to Artistic Director.
    • Working with Production Manager, Creative Manager, creating marketing campaigns, contributing to the annual income and marketing plan, evaluating the effectiveness of the marketing activity.
    • Providing/supporting monthly management and achievement reporting.
    • Managing the organization of meetings; including booking meeting rooms, confirming attendance, circulating agendas and taking minutes participate in project review and evaluation.

    • Developing and implementing communication strategy.

    • Writing, editing and translating a spectrum of communication materials.
  2. Internal and External tasks:
    • Contacting and communicating project status to all participants.

    9. Maintaining every schedule, project, activity without exceeding budget.
    10. Ensuring all the financial records of all activities of the organization are up to date.
    11. Invoices and receipts keeping.
