Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Space Management: monitor space, equipment, working hours, plans and expenditures. This includes:
- With guidance from Production Manager, building a strong relationship with contract-employees for coordinating, organizing, and implementing movement classes and programs.
- Keeping records of the financial affairs of the movement classes and programs.
- Monitoring and reporting cash flow to Artistic Director.
- Working with Production Manager, Creative Manager, creating marketing campaigns, contributing to the annual income and marketing plan, evaluating the effectiveness of the marketing activity.
- Providing/supporting monthly management and achievement reporting.
- Managing the organization of meetings; including booking meeting rooms, confirming attendance, circulating agendas and taking minutes participate in project review and evaluation.
