Zain Jordan hiring an Advance Analytics Team Leader in full time job who will provide the various sections with periodic market research reports including market trends and competitors' activities, as well as create and update key performance indicators and information boards regularly to provide insights into market conditions, help accelerate and improve decision making, and contribute to the management of data repositories and related processes.

 Responsibilities:

1. Conducting Radio Frequency (RF) drive tests; collecting data and statistics and analyzing them subsequently; in order to evaluate network’s performance and detect faults/ issues/ service degradation. Use modeling techniques to predict future events or discover patterns which can’t be detected otherwise.

2. Researching new relevant tools, technologies and systems as well as developing new practices and procedures to enhance the performance of the Data Science and Advanced Analytics function.

3. Performing data mining processes to explore data, identify patterns and establish relationships related to areas including forecasting potential subscribers and churn rate, customer segmentation, subscribers’ behavior profiling...etc.

4. Coordinating with and supporting different departments within Zain through the provision and migration of data, delivery of requested reports, revision and update of databases along with daily support and troubleshooting and providing training on implemented systems.

5. Ability to perform simulation and optimization methodologies like Next best action.

6. Building models for predictive analysis, descriptive modeling and text analysis.

7. Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors of implemented systems to ensure they are properly and periodically maintained.

8. Ability to work with Big Data platforms and tools, Data science programing using Python or R language.

9. Ability to work with Microsoft Office and computer skills; especially on Excel & PowerPoint.

Eligibility criteria:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related field..

2. You shall have 5 years of relevant experience.
