Zain Jordan hiring GIS Team Member Engineer who will be responsible for the performance of geographic and non-geographic data processing, management and analysis, and the use of GIS operations using a variety of software environments.

Responsibilities:

1. Dealing with the Super Admin (SA) database and managing the SDE for users and privileges, uploading and editing them on the server that loads them on the portal.

2. Export data import, in different layers and coordination on a daily basis, related to the project arrangements with various utilities contractors (electricity, water, sanitation, etc.), translation requirements to appropriate GIS reports and thematic maps.

3. Generate maps and other GIS reports, information, projects and data, in addition to creating format files to merge topographic data with external data by placing external data on a topographical map.

4. Collecting and learning mapping resources and data (field surveys) and collecting data in the field using GPS units and other positioning systems such as Cassini (Palestine Network), Mercate Mercator (JTM), etc.

5. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, manage project tasks related to GIS, design and manage databases, and visualize data.

6. Customization of work programs and GIS GIS for data collection, land surveying, engineering and ecological applications.

7. Correct spatial location of characteristics based on aerial photography or topography, responsible for data accuracy and implementation.

8. Create high-quality maps and analyze GIS and data reports to support diverse projects using ESRI's range of products.

Eligibility criteria:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Engineering Survey or any related field and / or equivalent.

2. You must have 2-4 years of relevant experience.
