Eligibility:
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Certified mastery in Excel (queries, pivot tables, VBA, fuzzy lookups, and vlookups).
- Familiarity with the main data manipulation languages ( eg. SQL ) and the principles of database design and relational models.
- From 0 to 2 years of relevant working experience is desirable.
- Understanding of data visualization techniques & tools ( Power BI, Tableau).
- Understanding of cloud-based data services ( eg, Salesforce.com ) is desirable.
- Data analytical skills and capability to interpret data.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer centricity and keen attention to detail.
- Report writing skills are desirable.
- English language proficiency.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies and implement corrective actions and governance policies.
- Monitor both back-end organization of data and front-end accessibility for end-users and conduct enhancements of the CRM platforms in collaboration with the relevant cross-functional teams.
- Write database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and definitions for the data dictionary.
- Facilitate and support data cleansing projects and assess data practices to ensure the integrity of data.
- Accountable for data access, updates, correction and general administration of data interfaces used in the business.
- Other duties as assigned.
