STS is looking for an enthusiastic marketing specialist to help in STS's overall marketing efforts. The candidate will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion in coordination with the marketing and communications management. A marketing & communications specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp clients' behavior trends and generate creative ideas and flawless execution. The candidate should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics, and most importantly capable of articulating content in both Arabic and English languages to better promote STS products, services, and properly portray corporate messages. The goal is to deliver effective marketing & communications programs that will help grow the reputation, maintain the STS positioning and growth.
Eligibility:
You must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal and listening.
- Advanced writing skills in both Arabic and English.
- Be able to engage in problem-solving, and help identify and solve potential issues.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize within tight deadlines.
- Effective time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team environment.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
- Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.).
- Define, drive and follow up the day-to-day marketing communications activities as well as long-term marketing communications strategy.
- Partner with STS channel partners marketing teams, product marketing and sales to help develop and execute marketing tactics to achieve marketing goals.
- Create various communications deliverables, including but not limited to presentations, news releases, media/analyst pitches, articles, case studies, videos, datasheets, internal and external surveys, internal and executive communications, and other thought leadership material.
- Help maintain the STS communication channels and ensure that content and key messages are relevant, accurate and consistent with branding and STS positioning and strategy.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the media.
- Build and develop suppliers relationship with STS to ensure high-quality cost-effective deliverables.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
