For9a.com offers a job opportunity for talented people as a Human Resources Officer at the company's headquarters in Amman, Jordan. The HR Officer will be responsible for the successful coordination and delivery of most of the people systems, including but not limited to HR policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The ability to evaluate, follow up, and monitor, in the addition to the ability to create customized systems to monitor and develop performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate actively with the teams, business partners, and senior management across the organization. 
  • Applicants should be able to problem-solve and possess the capability to analyze and effectively handle HR-related cases and situations.
  • Develop and maintain HR strategies and policies.
  • Assist with all activities related to recruitment, employee hiring, performance management, and employee discipline.
  • Actively participating in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions and helping to publish job calls with the content team in addition to managing the recruitment process.
  • Dealing continuously with management and department heads to monitor and evaluate employees' performance periodically.
  • Develop and implement plans to ensure employee performance continuously and work on plans to ensure continued career growth.
  • Maintain employee records according to company policy and procedures.
  • Implement company policies regarding compensation, incentives, and bonuses.
  • Coordinate all matters related to employee work permits and visas.
