Job Opportunity in KSA: Shop Supervisor at Chalhoub Group

Chalhoub Group is offering a job opportunity as a Shop Supervisor. The successful applicant will be responsible for achieving the sales target allocated to the store, ensuring consistency in customer service delivered and handle all complaints, assisting the Shop Manager in preparing for the inventory and do all related works.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Achieve the sales target allocated to the store
2. Participate with the sales executive team in generating sales through high selling techniques.
3. Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty
4. Ensure consistency in customer service delivered and handle all complaints.
5. Enter all received goods in Baan inventory and ensure proper record of all stock movements
6. Order and replenish all goods to avoid any
7. Assist the Shop Manager in preparing for the inventory.
8. Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display, lighting and stock rotation
9. Implement all merchandising as per the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines
10. Conduct daily walkthroughs to check presentation standards.
11. Prepare schedule to ensure full coverage of the shop floor and maintain grooming standards of the staff
12. Second the Shop Manager in defining areas of responsibility for each sales team member
13. Manage, engage and guide the team reporting to him/her.
