Job Opportunity in Lebanon as an IT Excutive

Aramex offers a job opportunity in Lebanon as an IT executive. You will perform all IT related tasks (software/hardware/ networking within the country).

You Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

1. Assist Aramex clients upon setting up e-tools (CTS, EPOD, Integrations, etc.).
2. Send new hardware/software requests to the procurement department.
3. Create and manage user accounts and access permissions. 
4. Set up workstations for new employees (software/hardware).
5. Setup and manage local scanners.
6. Support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues on work stations/scanners and ensure the latest software updates deployment.
7. Maintain local servers (lync, avaya, etc.) and local data center.
8. Manage data backup schedules and physical backup media storage (including offsite keeping and sending to Infofort where applicable).
9. Ensure the implementation of the latest software security patches and updates.
10. Run scheduled antivirus and resolve threats immediately as it occurs.
11. Monitor local servers' health, link status for all country branches and call centre systems.
12. Handle GCS and resolve cases on daily basis.
13. Manage local SQL server where applicable and maintain annual inventory of all IT related assets (hardware and software).
14. Supervise and follow up on tasks given to external IT companies.
15. Follow up with internet and telecom providers.
16. Assist in developing software to ease procedures (COD System, Aramex Cashier system).
17. Adhere to company HSSE, compliance and sustainability corporate policies.
