Job Opportunity in Malaysia: Supply Chain Manager at P&G

P&G is looking for a qualified Supply Chain Manager to join the team and work in Malaysia for 2020. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will report to a Product Supply Manager or Senior Manager, and work in a multi-functional team. You will lead, impact, and contribute to the success of your business for a group of customers or group of brands. You will handle your business and projects independently in a specific area like supply chain planning, customer service operations, logistics projects with customers or managing P&G warehousing and transportation operations. 

Responsibilities:

1. Demand Planning Manager - develop the volume forecast which guides business and production plans.
2. Customer Logistics Manager - drive service, cost, and cash improvements in collaboration with customers.
3. Quality Assurance Manager – develop systemic approach to ensure confidence in quality of products and services to enable delivery of innovation, performance, outstanding products to delight consumers.
4. Distribution Center Manager – manage DC operations to serve customer needs, while maintaining service, cash and cost.
5. Deliver successful initiatives which drive total brand penetration / category growth.
6. Contribute to and provide leadership for inventory reduction strategies.
7. Relentlessly drive operational excellence within the standard work processes.
8. Identify, prioritize, and eliminate process losses across the supply network.
9. Work with internal P&G partners and manage supplier companies to develop and execute commercial and technical agreements that will best meet business needs.
10. Partner with Physical Distribution to manage the Transportation & Warehousing of products with an efficient and agile supply network.

Qualifications:

1. Supply Chain Manager with 2-5 years of relevant experience and is ready for an adventure in a FMCG environment.
2. Strong data analytical skills and passion for winning.
3. Ability to show effective leadership to solve problems and set priorities.
4. Possesses strong oral and written communication skills.
5. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams.
6. Strong interest in the commercial and customer aspects of business.
