Job Opportunity in Qatar: Assistant Learning Manager with Anantara

Anantara is offering a job opportunity as an Assistant Learning Manager to join the team in Doha, Qatar for 2020. 

Responsibilities:

Training Strategy and Planning:

• Assist in identifying the training needs of the hotel.
• Coordinate and track all training being carried out in the hotel on an ongoing basis.

Training Operations:

• Deliver hotel-wide training courses for all employees.
• Train and support departmental trainers, and coordinate training delivered by department trainees.
• Lead the Orientation process for all new employees.

Qualifications:

1. A genuine interest in supporting the personal and professional development of all hotel employees. 
2. An affinity with people, an open, approachable, and culturally sensitive nature.
3. Ability to work effectively at with Department Heads to ensure staff are released for training attendance.
4. Ablility to coach people and take responsibility for developing their performance, giving feedback and guidance.
5. Passion about improving customer service, focus on achieving results.
6. Operational experience in any hotel function would be an advantage.
7. An aptitude for and interest in learning and understanding new delivery mechanisms, including web-enabled training.
8. Strong knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office softwareز
9. With 2-5 years of experience in the same field in hotel industry.
10. With pleasing personality and a well-focused individual.
11. Able to handle pressure at work and capability to multi-task.
12. With excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
13. Arabic language is a plus.
