Opportunity description

Al Futtaim is looking for a Power Products Sales Executive to join Honda’s team and work in Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve or exceed the allocated sales target while following the Company standards which improve and maintain Company & brand image and prestige.
  2. Achieve or exceed CSI objectives, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
  3. Maintain dealer relations and achieve sales and market coverage through dealers; provide highest levels of service to Government Departments – Police, Municipality, Ministry of Agriculture, etc.
  4. Ensure that Company procedures are adhered to while handling cash and credit customers. This ensures safety of cash and minimal chances of any loss.
  5. Recommend to Sales Manager, order quantities each month to ensure balance between optimum stocking and stock availability for sale.
  6. Constantly improve and update product knowledge, technical developments, analyze market trends & customer requirements, competitor products, selling techniques & customer handling skills which enhance his performance considerably.
  7. Comply with company guidelines and SOPs.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience of Power Products (generators, pumps, lawnmowers, etc.), OEM construction equipment.
  2. Experience in retail and dealer sales.
  3. Diploma/ Degree education preferred. 
  4. Commercial acumen with quick decision-making ability. 
  5. Good knowledge of MS Office products.
  6. Good communication skills (both written and verbal) 
  7. Must have a good command over English, intermediate Arabic speaking.
  8. Well-groomed and presentable. 
  9. Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
  10. Possess organization and time management skills with demonstrated ability to follow sales process. 
  11. Able to work unsupervised while following company policy and norms.
