Job Opportunity in Qatar at Mesaieed School: Admin Assistant 2019

Qatar Petroleum is looking for Admin Assistant to work at Mesaieed School in Doha, Qatar, and to provide efficient and confidential administrative support to the School Principal. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports for the Principal as requested. This may require liaison with various internal departments of the school and outside agencies. 
• Prepare agenda and take/distribute minutes on behalf of the Senior Management Teams of the School and other committees as required. 
• Keep general and confidential files up to date and secure as directed by the Principal. 
• Manage the daily events/diary of the Principal. 
• Clerical support to the Principal: managing the Principal's personal correspondence/email as directed. 
• Assist the Bursar/Assistant Bursar with HR issues as requested. 
• In liaison with the Assistant Bursar, keep accurate records of staff absenteeism. 
• The management of the school diary of events. 
• Updating the school management system as required. 
• Liaison with Supreme Education Council as required. 
• Manage an appointment system for those wishing to meet with the Principal.

Experience & Skills:

• Fluent in spoken and written English. 
• Good IT skills. 
• Pleasant telephone manner.

Education:

Completion of Secondary school certificate.
