McDermott company offers a job opportunity as a Technology Specialist in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. It is a full time position and it contains traveling for 25% of the Time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for IT support and maintenance of Company computers and IT equipment.
- Install, configure, upgrade operating system and software and troubleshoot related users’ issues.
- Perform server backup and basic network troubleshooting functions wherever applicable.
- Perform preventive maintenance (AntiVirus updates, optimizing hard disk, and run OS diagnostics).
Basic Qualifications:
- Requires 5+ years in IT HelpDesk and support.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in IT relevant major.
- Having related IT courses\certificates.
- Good communication skills.
- Arabic language skills is an advantage.
