Aramex is currently looking for freight operations executive, pricing to join their air freight team.
Eligibility:
It's preferred to have:
- From 2 to 4 years of pricing experience in the air freight industry.
- Knowledge in DG.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible of:
- Set up freight library and maintain rate guideline for all major trade lanes.
- Negotiate with carriers or co-loaders on freight rate on air inquiries.
- System maintenance of costs and tariffs.
- Handle daily rate and tender inquiries (TESS).
- Review RFQ pricing across all services, identify potential threats or influence factors on pricing strategy.
- Communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders to prepare the tender / RFQ scope and specifications.
- Maintain monthly reports including tariffs on running, collate, verify, update and data analysis.
- Understand and analyze market trends, assist in providing pricing strategies for major clients.
