P&G offers a job opportunity to Singaporeans an associate researcher in the field of product and air care research. Febreze is a global brand with strong malodor elimination equity in the huge air care category which is a very competitive market globally. Thus, delivering new consumer-based ideas, benefits visualization and demos are critical to compete and win in the market. The company is looking for an associate researcher, whose role is to understand unique Asia, Middle East, and Africa (AMA) market consumer insights, support current business, qualify and amplify global and regional initiatives to the existing market. Located at the P&G Singapore Innovation Center, you will be part of the product research air care organization. You will have the opportunity to work in multi-functional teams and engage with both internal and external partners. Over time, you will be an air care product research specialist. You will be responsible for the overall R&D qualification of the future Air care program aimed at delivering a sustainable win in this challenging market. You will be working closely with global product design and the regional commercial teams to design, qualify and execute regional initiatives.

Eligibility:

You must have:

  1. Polytechnic diploma in Science, Engineering or related fields.
  2. Strong ownership & self-leadership skills to understand the business objective, local context and business landscape to deliver the required outcomes.
  3. Effective oral and written communication skills.
  4. Able to work independently, prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and uses data to connect multiple ideas and develop solutions.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Design, execute and analyze consumer insights.
  • Lead product study in the labs and consumer studies.
  • Understand consumer needs and work with multi-functional teams to develop new strategies to delight the company's consumers.
  • Partner with technologists to develop and test out prototypes.
  • Capture key insights and technical findings from research projects and share results & recommendations in a clear succinct manner.
