Opportunity description

Google offers a job opportunity as Sales Enablement Program Manager to work with Google Cloud's team. Google Cloud teams work with schools, companies, and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile and collaborative. Sales Enablement Program Manager will oversee all aspects of the Google Cloud sales process, improving it with insightful data analysis, troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork. Used strategies ensure that companies new to Google products get the highest quality customer support and that the Google Cloud program overall is kept on the cutting edge.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver superb and engaging training experiences to diverse audiences (e.g. large global Systems Integrators, cloud partners, Googlers etc.) at various skill levels using both instructor-led and virtual delivery modalities.
  2. Evaluate, identify, develop and deliver product agnostic sales skills training content embracing a mix of sales methodologies and processes.
  3. Participate in training planning conversations with regional sales leadership, partner managers, stakeholders and subject matter experts to tailor learning contents.
  4. Innovate training by identifying and implementing sales training tools that will increase the reach and/or retention of your training.
  5. Drive continual improvements in sales processes and productivity by collaborating with subject matter experts across Google Cloud

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience in conducting sales training for a technology company and/or public training provider.
  2. Experience working in sales with a focus on cloud technologies.
  3. Experience in creating, maintaining and/or delivering content in fast-moving technology areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in providing training to a diverse set of Sales teams.
  2. Experience in one or more cloud technologies; proficiency with cloud messaging and productivity tools, Google Cloud solutions and their application to solving customer business problems.
  3. Experience in collaborating with C-level executives on strategic technology directions.
  4. Ability to work well with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base with travel (domestic and international) up to 40% of the time.
  5. Excellent program management and project management skills.
