P&G is offering Job Opportunity in Singapore: Education at P&G. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading all aspects of logistics for classroom courses held in Singapore in order to provide best in class support to trainers, setting up training preparation and post-training meetings with trainers and provide all relevant materials for meeting, managing the entire enrollment/cancellation process including 100% use of Learning Management system as a Learning & Development Administrator and do any other related works.

  2. Able to work independently and problem-solve for issues
  3. Meticulous and organized; able to execute and meet deadlines
  4. Excellent written and spoken interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work across cultures and with diverse range of people
  6. Be flexible and accessible during peak periods of work

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead all aspects of logistics for classroom courses held in Singapore in order to provide best in class support to trainers. 
  2. Manage communication to participants including reminders, pre-work, registration, cancellation, etc.
  3. Set up training preparation and post-training meetings with trainers and provide all relevant materials for meeting.
  4. Work with external vendors (where needed) on purchasing of materials, trainers, etc.
  5. Manage the entire enrollment/cancellation process including 100% use of Learning Management system as a Learning & Development Administrator.
  6. Manage measuring and Tracking system for feedback evaluation
  7. Provide vital data to SG L&D Manager/Specialist for quarterly Asia L&D Scorecard review.
  8. Coordinate tabletop review sessions if held in Singapore
  9. Create Corporate Training Calendar for E&T Website
  10. Leverage all local tools and vehicle to effectively communicate and advertise the calendar
  11. Educate employees on course registration, SG L&D policies, etc.
  12. Handle budget needed for upcoming training sessions and prepare relevant expense reports
  13. Responsible for appropriate use of resources (training material renewals, lunches, etc.)
  14. Handle all invoicing-related processes, including payment.
