Nestle offers a job opportunity in Thailand as a regulatory and scientific affairs manager (NIN) in the technical & production field.

Eligibility:

You must have:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology (Food Science, Biotechnology, Nutrition or other science-related fields).
  2. Between 3 to 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the food industry. 
  3. In-depth regulatory knowledge and understand key differences in food legislation of key markets.
  4. Good English & Thai communication skills.
  5. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  6. Attention to detail & the ability to multitasking.
  7. Work well under pressure independently and as a team. 

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage, plan, and execute activities necessary for product registration and ensure product compliance with mandatory regulations and standards
  • Participate in the project teams of new product developments to provide regulatory expertise. 
  • Perform product validation to ensure technical & regulatory compliance & with mandatory regulations & standards within a timely manner. 
  • Assist to manage & handle local regulatory problems along with recommending good strategies/options in a timely manner.
  • Advise technical, SCM, marketing, and IMS team on product and advertisement regulation and other regulatory concern topics.
  • Act as a Nestle representative by the network, cooperate with external agencies (such as Thai food industries and academia) and participate in external activities, in the areas of foods, nutrition, and sciences.
  • Establish and maintain good contact and favorable engagement with local regulatory authorities.
