Resident Manager's Responsibilities:
- Implement the hotel strategy.
- Drive and support the implementation of all corporate programs and initiatives.
- Effectively lead and manage day-to-day operational activities.
- Responsibility for managing the performance of the department heads that report and provide the necessary support to maximize their effectiveness and efficiency while actively supporting their development and growth.
- Committed to meeting and exceeding all key performance standards and measures.
- Able to balance operational needs, implement strategy and display a passion for business excellence.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hotel Management
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage and/or Rooms Operations to EAM level
- Strong commercial/business acumen
- Passion for quality
- Results-driven
- Candidate must be able to work in Tunisia
