Job Opportunity in UAE: General Technician at Avani Hotels and Resorts 2020

Avani Hotels and Resorts is looking for a talented General Technician to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a full-time job in 2020. 

Responsibilities:

1. Performs corrective maintenance on building and surrounding area as required and makes recommendations to management on improvements.
2. Advise his immediate senior of day to day problems.
3. He attend to all General complains (guest rooms, public areas, etc.) Maintenance.
4. Provide in-house general servicing, repair and maintenance using well-trained, presentable personnel carrying out maintenance works in an efficient, discreet and guest friendly manner.
5. Carry out continuous inspections to ensure the highest level of guest comfort is maintained and that all services are in proper working condition.
6. He carries out preventive maintenance as he’s supervisor tell him to
7. Will perform other duties as directed from time to time by the supervisor
8. Make sure that all the Room and ground jobs has been carried out and completed as per hotel standards

Qualifications:

1. At least 1 year work experience as general technician.
2. Completed Diploma or Associate Degree for Engineering.
