Job Opportunity in UAE: Web Developer

Sapphire is offering job opportunity in UAE as a Developer. The successful applicant will be responsible for scoping, development, and managing enterprise level software web front-end solutions within the organization, liaising with backend development team and Group departments to envision business and technical perspectives and develop workable solutions, software project management and collaboration with project teams and interfacing with vendors, satisfying the software development needs of the business and do any other related works.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong minimalist designer
• Integrating with restful APIs, websockets, webrtc, token authentication/authorisation
• Ability to manage projects
• Must currently reside int he UAE
• Mindful and adaptive to future trends in front-end web development
• Project Activities - Requirements Gathering, Application Architecture, Efforts estimation, Project Scheduling and Scoping
• Experience in VS Code or Visual Studio
• Technologies – minimalist designer (JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3)

Responsibilities:

1. Scoping, development, and managing enterprise level software web front-end solutions within the organization
2. Liaising with backend development team and Group departments to envision business and technical perspectives and develop workable solutions
3. Software project management and collaboration with project teams and interfacing with vendors
4. Satisfy the software development needs of the business
5. Perform business analysis and provide the best architected solutions with minimal cost ensuring simplicity of use
6. Transparency and adherence to work ethics, technology, and business standards policies of Group
7. Ensure project deliverables in a timely manner and within the estimated budget
8. Upgrades and maintenance of critical in-house developed enterprise front-end web solutions
9. Provide timely and appropriate assistance to users and ensure smooth functioning of the day-to-day operations
10. Assist in managing hosting at Primary and DR site ensuring highest availability of the solutions with minimal inconvenience to the end users
11. Support infrastructural changes of applications
12. Collaborate with the backend API team to ensure seamless integration across different solutions
