Eligibility:

You must have:

1. Masters/bachelors university degree. 
2. Be fluent in English.
3. Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. 3+ years of experience in PRO & benefits area.
6. JAFZA PRO experience is a plus.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Deliver in-country benefits per P&G policies, support development, revision, digitization and deployment of new policies where appropriate.
• Actively manage employee immigration process including employee work permit process, JAFZA access card, work permit renewals/ cancelation, Family Residence process.
• Actively manage employee queries.
• Maintain employee files.
• Be the business visa single point of contact.
• Be the travel expense single point of contact.
• Work with the chamber of commerce, MoFA, Dubai municipality, Dubai court for legalization to process company documents.
