P&G offers a Job opportunity in UAE as a senior manager for brand expression designs. You would be responsible for hands-on graphic design and creating design solutions that support brand strategies as well as the business objectives of touching and improving lives. Eligibility:

You must:

1. Be a passionate and engaged leader who has the capacity to cope with short-term issues, while still keeping the end vision well ahead of them.
2. Be a curious individual who is able to make complex decisions using all the data available but comfortable enough to use your gut feeling and instinct when these data are missing.
3. Collaborate with a very diverse group with different professional and cultural backgrounds, turning them into an effective and powerful team.
4. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Graphic Design or a similar discipline.
5. Software fluency in the latest graphics and business programs like Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
6. 5+ years of industry experience (FMCG/creative agency preferred).
7. A portfolio that will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving, and technical deep understanding.
8. Strong design mastery and ability to solve problems using design skills as shown in a bold portfolio.
9. A keen eye and attention to detail that is critical to winning in the company's categories.
10. Extraordinary collaboration/interdependence skills.
11. Ability to engage and influence across multiple, culturally diverse business partners.
12. Demonstrated leadership skills and desire to lead multiple initiatives and manage complexity with perfection.
13. Excellent project management skills, ability to set priorities and be accountable, and successfully navigate project complexities to lead the work from conceptual start to final design delivery.
14. Good command of the English language. Arabic is a plus.
