Al-Futtaim is currently looking to recruit an x2 experienced team leader for Al Futtaim Logistics in Dubai. you will ensure on a day to day basis all customer requirements are managed and planned for operations and other internal departments within agreed service levels and adhering to all ex-Free zone rules and regulations.
Eligibility:
You must possess:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2-years’ experience in customer service preferably in a logistics/warehousing industry.
- You must have effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, with excellent planning capacity and the ability to solve problems quickly.
- It's preferred to have knowledge of warehouse management systems.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Achieve defined KPI targets.
- Inbound and outbound system functionality.
- Inbound and outbound documentation.
- Reporting.
- Customer service as you will increase the customer’s confidence in dealing with AFL.
- Inventory control like PI counts & subsequent system transactions, Nil pick checks & quarantine products.
