Aramex offers a job opportunity in the UAE as a technical proposal writer. The technical proposal writer creates proposals according to guidelines and bases it on factual information that provides the reader with necessary details to make a decision about future financial contributions or business commitments.
Eligibility:
You must have:
- Strong time management/prioritization skills.
- Strong written English and Arabic language skills.
- Supply chain/logistics experience is highly preferable.
- Excellent attention to details.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Proactively develop and manage a network of subject matter experts.
- Assist the Bid/proposal manager in developing a proposal structure.
- Identify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant.
- Deliver completed written proposal responses to the proposal manager against agreed RFP deadlines, escalating issues as required.
- Re-write/edit proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, technical/product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
- Ability to coach sales teams and subject matter experts in writing best practices.
- Present all-new proposal content to the knowledge base manager for potential re-use.
- Communicate and influence at a senior level.
