Job Opportunity in USA in Research & Development Resident Scholar Program in 2021

P&G announces a job opportunity in the USA in the 2021 research & development resident scholar program. The P&G resident scholar program is a unique job shadowing experience designed to expose exceptional minority high school students to careers leveraging a STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) degree. Program participants are exposed to the exciting world of research & development at P&G. By the completion of the program, participants leave with a better understanding of:

1. Applying a STEM background to the research.
2. Working cooperatively in a team.
3. Building a consumer product. The RSP experience continues through high school graduation with opportunities for training, mentoring, and leadership development, including opportunities to return to P&G as summer interns.

This program will take place virtually in May/June 2021.

Eligibility:

You must:

• Be in high school, entering into your sophomore or junior year for the 2020-2021 school year, and interested in pursuing a career in STEM.
• Entry essay addressing the questions below (Please upload with your job application within the resume section):

1. Why do you want to be a participant in the P&G resident scholar program?
2. What experiences do you expect to gain that would further your interest in pursuing a STEM degree?

• Have a C+ average to be considered for this opportunity.
