Opportunity description
Amazon in the Middle East, specifically in Dubai, is looking for an older product manager to support continuous customer improvement and delivery experience in the region with a focus on speed and quality in delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery experience metrics which include on-time delivery success, deliveries per order and Delivery CSAT.
- Reduction in Order fulfillment defects.
- Defining the Prime and Non-Prime Delivery Experience in Middle East.
- Ship prices for non-Prime customers and, in collaboration with the Prime team, the evolution of the Prime delivery benefits.
- Development of the Same-Day and Next-Day program.
- Definition and launch of convenience programs like scheduled delivery, Lockers, etc.,
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years product management and/or business leadership experience, preferably with an online focus
Customer and Operations experience. - MBA or advanced degree in engineering, supply chain management, mathematics, computer science or related areas.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate and build consensus with various internal and external groups and senior leaders.
- Data-driven decision making and strong quantitative analysis skills.
- Data extraction and handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sophisticated projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Proven track record of delivering results in large, cross-functional initiatives.
- Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where tactical and strategic initiatives are driven in parallel.
