Job Opportunity with SABIS in Lebanon: Admin Assistant

SABIS in Lebanon offers job opportunity for a Admin Assistant in the SABIS Educational Services, the job purpose is ensuring that all incoming and outgoing calls are held in a professional and efficient manner as well as providing administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors, in person or on the telephone, and ensuring that they are directed correctly
• Answering or referring inquiries
• Maintaining a professional and welcoming Reception Area
• Preparing daily schedules for SES drivers and optimizing their routing to be able to manage all delivery and pick-up requests
• Monitoring the validity of the work permits and residence visas of foreign SES staff to ensure that they are renewed prior to expiration
• Performing such other related tasks as they arise and as delegated by supervisor

Eligibility:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
2. Proficiency in the English Language
3. MS Office 
4. Communication Skills
5. Ability to work within a team

Must meet all employment requirements including, but not limited to, country and local education and certification requirements, reference checks, and criminal background checks.
