Souq Fann is offering a job opportunity as an Operations Trainer to present an online training. Souq Fann and the USAID Syria Livelihood Program will conduct an online 5-day training dedicated to a Women Office (WO) based in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. The training aims to support the employees of the WO, which works with local handicraft small businesses, with the following components:
- Managing the various handicraft small businesses.
- Production and quality assurance of handicraft products.
- Financial management.
- Packaging and shipping (domestic and international)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Relevant professional experience
- Teaching experience
Dates and Agenda:
The training will be conducted online, 5 days in a row, from Saturday 3 April till Wednesday 7 April. The final training syllabus will be submitted to Souq Fann team by Tuesday 23 March latest. Each day of training should be 5 hours long.
