Opportunity description
Hilton Hotels and Resorts Finesse programme is a 24-month training program for a future Finance Director position. Applicants will be placed in the hotel and will gain a Finance experience whilst working in all the main Finance functions and also gain exposure in the other key functional areas of Operations, Business Development and Human Resources. Following successful completion of this 2 year programme, applicants will then be assigned into a full-time Finance role in year 3.
