Job as Senior Big Data Platform Engineer - Java/Go in Istanbul

Peak offers a job opportunity as Senior Big Data Platform Engineer-Java/GoAs a member of the big data engineering team you’ll get the opportunity to work with data at an incredible scale. You’ll equally touch software development, data processing, and service operations while working closely with the development teams. Peak is seeking a dedicated software engineer to help process terabytes of data into a well-designed, high-quality batch. It’s a great time to join the Peak team as it is just started working on major changes to the infrastructure.

Eligibility: 

You must have:

1. Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field of study).
2. Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience with object-oriented programming.
3. Experience in writing scalable, maintainable, performant, and resilient code.
4. Experience with continuous delivery processes that brings changes of all types including new features, bug fixes with an emphasis on automation.
5. Experience in Golang and/or Java.
6. Experience in Linux and SQL is required.
7. Good knowledge of open source technologies.

Responsibilities: 

You will responsible for:

• Develop and maintain distributed Big Data services, components, and tools.
• Build real-time systems and tools in Java/Go/Python to support all of the products.
• Design and build data processing architecture in amazon web services (AWS).
• Build automated and scalable data.
• Analyze complex distributed production deployments and make recommendations to optimize performance.
• Design and build scalable infrastructure and platforms to collect and process very large amounts of data, including streaming data.
