Job at Dell in China: Email Campaign Process Coordinator

Dell is offering a job opportunity as an Email Campaign Process Coordinator to join the team in China. Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed schedules for emails and campaigns with deadlines for team members inside and outside of your team.
2. Maintain, update and monitor workflow tool, adhere to all deadlines.
3. Clearly communicate with stakeholders and team members, escalate issues immediately.
4. Maintain resource capacity and optimization, establish checkpoints for quality and consistency within and across campaigns.
5. Regular check ins with team members to ensure deadlines are being met and help to reprioritize work where needed.

Essential Requirements:

1. 2 – 5 years of background experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or E-Mail Marketing plus a preferred experience in project coordination (especially resource capacity planning).
2. Preferred background experience in a marketing automation platform / e-mail deployment such as Eloqua or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, basic background experience in Smartsheet is preferred, ability to create and read basic HTML.
3. Proficient in English, strong attention to detail and standard of quality.
4. Strong emphasis on quality and consistency, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
5. Global experience is preferred; regional at a minimum. You should be comfortable managing different time zones, cultures and work styles.
