Nestle is offering a job opportunity as a General Ledger Analysis, PEC and Reporting Associate to join the team in Cairo, Egypt for 2020. The GL Analysis, PEC & Reporting Associate will be responsible of the execution of the operational AO activities in General Ledger for markets that being serviced Integrated Business Planning (IBPs).
Responsibilities:
- To participate in the definition and implementation of AO objectives, in line with NBS Cairo OMP strategy.
- Ensure the availability of updated Standard Routines due to legal or process changes.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of services delivered to IBPs is in accordance with Service Level Agreements as agreed and signed with the IBP.
- Participate in monitoring of the performance service level agreements (SLA’s) and indicators of services (KPI's).
- Ensure proper quality and timeliness of activities performed from the other site and smooth operations recovery; proper supporting Supervisors and BCP Coordinator.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business.
- Minimum two years of experience.
- Strong Leadership and Communication skills.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment.
- Can apply the Proactive Cooperation mindset on his/her daily tasks.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
