Job for Saudi Nationals: Field Sales Representative at Nestle 2020

Nestle is offering a job opportunity as a Field Sales Representative to join the team in Medina, Saudi Arabia for 2020. 

Responsibilities:

1. Accountable for the achievement of customers sales, SKU target & NNS by category.
2. Achieve the set coverage, core distribution and visibility of the Nestlé products within the channel/ customer, balancing customer priorities with category objectives.
3. Work closely with Merchandiser to ensure flawless execution.
4. Ensure full distribution and for developing mutual business opportunities with the customers.
5. Manage customer financials (Credit notes, ageing report, disputes, collection, & statement of account) in a timely manner.
6. Execute trade plans, managing stock levels & rotation, ensuring orders and deliveries while building long term successful business relationships with customers to become the preferred supplier.
7. Monitor customer business performance and jointly develop action plans to accelerate growth or to address any shortfalls.
8. Share monthly executions and competitor activity.
9. Share insights from shopper observations and customer feedback.
10. Ensure listing of new SKU's and the achievement of the POP objectives while managing customer database.
11. Ensure collection and financial reconciliation made in line with Nestlé set payment terms

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in Wholesale is a plus.
3. Bilingual (Arabic & English).
4. Persistent and reliable.
5. Confident and enthusiastic.
6. Customer oriented.
7. Organization skills.
8. Due to Nationalization program only, Saudi candidates will be considered.
