Job in Sweden: Technology Officer at Civil Rights Defenders Organisation 2019

Civil Rights Defenders organization offers a job as a Technology Officer to work in Sweden. The Technology Officer fills a role as part of the Human Rights Defenders at Risk program’s mission to develop and implement security practices and capacity building measures for local partners. The position may include some travel to Civil Rights Defenders’ local offices, as well as the opportunity to travel globally to work with partner organizations.

Some of the Key Activities Include:

1. Office 365 and Azure AD administration (including process management)
2. Identity and access management across the organization (including field offices)
3. Monitoring and maintaining ICT resources (in-house, co-located and virtual)
4. Local network and online resources management
5. In-house support desk together with the Human Rights Defenders at Risk program and internal security operations

They are Especially Interested in Applicants with:

1. Strong interest in ICT security and willingness to learn more
2. Strong technical writing skills (English mandatory; Swedish is merit)
3. Experience working with Microsoft tools and environment administration

About the Position:

1. Permanent employment (100%) with an initial six months probation period
2. The position is based at Civils Rights Defenders’ head office in Stockholm, Sweden with potential travel to CRD regions
