IM Swedish Development Partner, a Swedish development organization fighting and exposing poverty and exclusion operating in five regions worldwide, is looking for a consultancy strategy to develop a five-year strategy for the Middle East region which will serve as a comprehensive roadmap that would set the direction and pace of the work on the regional level.
The qualifications and experiences needed:
-Experienced facilitator of strategic planning processes and strategy development or relevant experience in related or similar assignments (10 years)
-Excellent and proven facilitation skills and experience in dialogue facilitation is highly
appreciated
-Strong track record in strategy development
-Excellent and proven analytical skills
-Proven capacity to work in multi-country settings with a broad range of stakeholders.
-Deep understanding and knowledge of the general social, economic and political.
the environment in the Middle East and North Africa;
-Experience in helping teams and leaders adapt to change strategically
-Excellent and proven English and Arabic writing skills
