Job opportunity as a Project Assistant with Talent Beyond Boundaries in Jordan

Spark -an independent, not-for- profit international development organization- in collaboration with Talent Beyond Boundaries -an American NGO that works to open a new pathway to help people forcefully displaced from their home countries find work and self reliance- is seeking a Project Assistant who’ll work solely on TBB’s pilot project, with close coordination primarily with the TBB team. The Project Assistant will primarily focus on providing support to TBB’s program, including through coordinating the steps necessary to prepare refugees for the interview and visa process. This person will coordinate logistics for meetings, collecting and organizing documentation, following up with refugee job candidates, scheduling candidates’ support activities and supporting with general case management. The Project Assistant will also assist the TBB team to manage logistics and organization systems and will report to both TBB and SPARK management .and will work with both teams on this collaborative effort.
