Google is looking for a Content Strategy Program Manager to join its team in Dublin, Ireland.
As an OCC Program Manager, you'll manage complex cross-functional projects that improve staffing operations and ensure an efficient, inclusive hiring experience for Googlers and candidates alike. You'll lead a team responsible for resolving a high volume of requests, keeping work aligned with data-backed insights and quality metrics. Additionally, you will use data to identify issues and create solutions and will build relationships with regional stakeholders to scale the team’s insights across Google’s global staffing operation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team that manages a high volume of job posting requests, and act as a primary point of contact to resolve issues raised by our customers and stakeholders.
- Manage and support projects that drive critical strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives, addressing long-term opportunities and challenges.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses with internal partners and stakeholders, and translate data into actionable insights that define, evaluate, and improve processes.
- Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and to the broader organization.
- Ensure team goals are aligned with global business objectives and collaborate with Googlers across functions and teams to achieve results that lift everyone up.
Minimum qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing projects and/or teams.
- Experience working in a consulting operation and/or strategy environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing successful projects from beginning to end, including writing clear and compelling business cases.
- Experience managing a metrics-based, high-volume operational process (e.g. customer/applicant tracking system, ticketing queue, staffing process).
- Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to use data to identify trends and forecast project impacts.
- Proven ability to build productive cross-functional relationships and influence project teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
