Jobs in Jordan: Business Technology Executive at Aramex 2021

Aramex is looking for a qualified Business Technology Executive to join the team and work in Amman, Jordan for 2021.

Responsibilities:

1. Accountable for troubleshooting of reported issues on Aramex online channels by the customers or internal stakeholders.
2. Collaborate with the IT teams as needed, to solve the reported issues on Aramex online channels and report back to the internal stakeholder.
3. Gather business requirements from different stakeholders and shape them in a clear way to deliver them to the IT team.
4. Collaborate with other departments/stakeholders if needed, to resolve the issues.
5. Continuous testing of new releases on the online channels and report the issues to the appropriate teams to ensure resolution.
6. Conduct regular tests of the online channels to ensure smooth functioning of existing features and report/troubleshoot as needed.
7. Accountable for following up on all the reported or detected issues with the appropriate teams to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
8. Assist in conducting regular data analysis of metrics related to the digital channels.
9. Conduct Training sessions related to Aramex digital channels for all the internal users globally.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders in updating and translating the training materials of Aramex digital channels.
11. Conduct wider research on technology trends to ensure knowledge is up to date with the wider industry.

Job Requirements: 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or MIS.
2. 0 – 1 year of work experience desired.
3. Expert level skills in Microsoft Offices.
4. Experience or knowledge of working on complex integrated digital channels.
5. Strong attention to details.
6. Experience in content creation and conducting technology-based training sessions preferred.
7. Excellent command in English language.
8. Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks to achieve desired goals.
9. Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
10. Ability to collaborate with the wider network of teams within Aramex.
