Nestle is looking for a motivated Key Account Specialist to join the team and work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for 2021. The Key Account Specialist will support Managing/Execution of Customer Plan to deliver agreed objectives/targets whilst maximizing trade investment returns.
Tasks:
- Execute the activities built within their Key Drivers in the country OMP. Ensure execution by conducting the MOR, WOR, DOR.
- Deliver on their sales targets, meet the set budgets and ensure good ROI while delivering best in class service levels.
- Compliance to internal SOP's and processes. Review policies annually to make sure they are still valid.
- Identify areas of opportunity and potential for improvement for the business.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year in Key Accounts, preferably in the Out of Home environment. Experience in Sales or marketing. Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top line business results. Demonstrated success in managing multi-category and cross functional teams, supporting a high performance culture.
- Worked in a matrix organization with the ability to influence others.
- Practical experience and understanding of quality principles, HACCP, hygiene in the F&B industry. Technical experience is a plus.
- University Degree in Business (Administration, Marketing, Management).
- Excellent skills in Microsoft (SAP is a plus).
