Opportunity description

P&G is offering a job opportunity as a Human Resources Administrator in Istanbul, Turkey for 2021. The HRAs are responsible for the successful coordination and delivery of most of the people systems, including but not limited to HR policies and procedures, employee data administration, leave of absence administration, and employee relations. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with supporting employees through variety of day-to-day activities. 
  2. Collaborate actively with the HR team, business partners, and senior management across the organization. 
  3. To be successful in this role, you should have/develop a sound understanding of company and site HR policies. 
  4. Applicants should be able to problem solve and possess the capability to analyze and effectively handle HR related cases and situations. 
  5. The HR specialist will achieve this, while effectively partnering with the rest of the on-site HR team, site leadership, learning and reapplying from proven methodologies.

Qualifications:

  1. Meaningful experience with Human Resources Services.
  2. Leadership skills, able to perform responsibilities with autonomy.
  3. Computer skills (Microsoft office) with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  4. Analytical and critical thinking ability and problem-solving skills.
  5.  Positive attitude and professional approach with ability to work well with others.
