Duties & responsibilities
Job Duties:
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Business development within the Security domain
- Understand all Orange Cyberdefense service offerings and stay abreast of changes and enhancements
- Maintain high degree of knowledge for security market trends and changing competitive landscape
- Inform Account Managers of service offerings and changes
- Attend and arrange customer meetings
- Respond to tender, RFQ, RFP and RFI requirements
- Write proposals and scope of work
- Assist Account Managers in closing deals
- Facilitate the delivery of proof of concepts services and solutions
- Attend training sessions, both in-house, vendor specific and external
- Provide monthly reporting detailing meetings attended, conference calls made, training days attended, proof of concepts delivered
- Result: Extend professional and sustainable relationships with clients, distribution and vendor with eye on maximum sales figures.
Job Context/Environment:
- Office based but home working allowed
- Core working hours, although some flexibility will be required
- Travel to customers sites

Eligibility criteria
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrable experience as a security engineer/consultant, and presales experience
- Extensive experience of the security industry
- Experience with Managed Security Services portfolios specifically Security Operations Centres as well as Cyber Security Operation Centres
- Experience with security consulting, including penetration testing
- Customer facing experience with strong presentation skills
- Language Skills- fluency in English is mandatory (minimal French as well preferred)
- Experience in writing proposals and scopes, responding to tenders/RFQ/RFP/RFI
- Understanding of security technologies from at least 3 of the following vendors: Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Pulse Secure, Cisco, Zscaler
- Good understanding of TCP/IP networking and security fundamentals
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong sales acumen
- Ability to manage security partners through regular business/pipeline reviews
- Results-oriented with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and completing assigned duties
- Cross cultural awareness and comfortable in a matrix management environment
- Confidence, tenacity, creativity and flexibility in thinking
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equal by experience
- Security industry recognised certification: CISSP, CISA/CISM, OSCP/OSCE, CEH, CREST certifications
- Minimum Work Experience of 4 years in a comparable function
