Orange is offering a job opportunity in Smart Village, Egypt as a Sr. Supervisor, Base & Value Management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline with an IT focus is an asset.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in database, operating systems, data network, IT solutions, CRM
- 4 years in IT solutions operations and support
- Experience in project management activities.
- Able to use SQL, UNIX system, Microsoft Office applications perfectly.
- Can work under pressure.
- Able to manage operational problems and make timely decisions.
- Able to lead a team technically and provide the required support.
- Ability to write technical reports
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements for CRM solutions as well as technical requirement
- Design solution for new CRM requirements and manage its assessment, design details, implementation, deployment
- Accept, evaluate and solve requirements and operational problems from different business customers.
- Responsible for regular reporting on the projects, incidents and status of the CRM solutions/applications.
- Participate/assisting situation analysis for new changes or production problems related directly or indirectly to CRM solutions and oversee timely relevant implementation and problem solving.
- Deal, prioritize and escalate open defects with suppliers and technology verticals.
- Understand the business value of the platform, product and service and make use of the understanding in the analysis and/or the resolution course of actions.
- Manage fixes needed for resolving reported incident in alignment with IT change management process.
- Recommend proactive course of action to maintain smooth operations with minimum risk with respect to new changes.
- Responsible for changes and deployment for CRM system/applications and work on test scenarios and alignment between own team and the testing team.
