Eligibility Criteria:

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
2. Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or project management studies is an advantage.
3. Minimum 4 years experience, preferably 2-3 in project coordination / management.
4. Very good English both spoken and written.
5. Very good computer skills.
6. Project management skills.
7. Strong writing and presentation skills.
8. Strong coordination and follow up skills.
9. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
10. Ability to work on multiple different projects concurrently.
11. Analytical thinking and solution design skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out and implement the five project management phases; initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and closing.
• Manage the project organization across different functions teams within technology and other company departments from Orange Egypt according to the project needs.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Provide direction and support to project team.
• Study and validate concept documents received from commercial business owner and make a complete feasibility study.
• Design complete technical solutions focusing on the best customer experience and eliminating operational problems.
• Recommend suppliers for the desired product within the tendering process.
• Resolve and mitigate the projects issues and risks along the project phases.
• Monitor and report constantly on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain technical project schedules to achieve on-time deliverables.
• Manage and lead smooth and clear communication between project stakeholders from all Orange Egypt teams according to the project needs.
• Responsible for the technical implementation life cycle of the new services as RFQs, vendor evaluation, vendor selection, design, implementation, testing and acceptance.
• Manage project team training to ensure teams are well trained on the new technology and applications to have the best customer experience.
• Manage and implement project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
