Paid Business Internship at Google in Hong Kong 2020

Google invites students from all academic disciplines to join a 10-13 weeks paid internship program in Google's Hong Kong office. 

About the Program:

The Business Internship is open to students from all academic disciplines with strong analytical skills and the ability to help Google clients and users get the most out of their advertising efforts and Google products. With exceptional interpersonal skills, intern should be deeply interested in client service, project management and communication. Intern is a self-starter who brings a determined, solution-oriented attitude. Many intern roles within this program do not require technical skills and they could include managing advertiser or publisher accounts, developing compelling advertising solutions for brand advertisers, improving access to relevant information for millions of internet users, analyzing large sets of data, or developing scalable support solutions for rapid-growth consumer products. As an intern, applicant will be working on challenging projects with high impact during a 10-13 week paid, full-time internship. Applicant will be assigned an intern manager who will help to identify project goals, inspire and mentor him, and support his professional development.

Responsibilities:

Job responsibilities and detailed projects will be determined based on the applicant educational background, interests and skills.

Note: Duration and start date of internship vary depending on the position.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in year 2 of a 3 year Bachelor's program, or enrolled in year 3 of a 4 year Bachelor's program, or currently enrolled in a Master's program.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to complete a minimum 10 week program in the Hong Kong office between May and September 2020.
• Ability to address highly strategic and challenging business problems. Ability to drive and implement ideas in a challenging environment.
• Demonstrated interest in the internet and Google’s technology and business.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Developed project management, interpersonal and organizational skills.
