We are looking for someone passionate, creative, and responsible. The trainee must communicate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment where follow-up and accountability are crucial. They should enjoy interacting with people both online and in person, and bring creative ideas and a personal touch to social media campaigns. Problem-solving skills and initiative will be essential qualities for the trainee. Additionally, they should embrace Forsa's mission and respect the diversity of its team and community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Film and produce dynamic video content tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social media channels.
- Edit content with a sharp, creative eye, ensuring every cut and transition is on-brand and on-trend.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, understanding the nuances of each platform and what content performs best where.
- Engage with our community through the language of video, creating content that sparks conversation, shares, and likes.
- Collaborate with the social team to brainstorm and execute content strategies that break the mold and set our channels ablaze with engagement.
- Analyze content performance and iterate to continuously improve engagement and reach.
Required Qualifications:
- A degree from a recognized university in journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with internet tools and social media platforms.
- Strong writing skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and professionalism in work.
- Previous knowledge of the Forsa platform or prior involvement with its activities is preferred.
- Time management and scheduling skills.
- Creativity and innovation: ability to think creatively and generate new ideas to attract audience attention and enhance interaction through social media.
- Video editing skills: understanding of advanced techniques and methods in video editing, including cutting, montage, adding effects, and sound.

Funding:
This internship covers the transportation allowance.
